🏆 "TPRM with Yedhu: Navigating Trends and Challenges in TPRM" 🏆

📅 On December 12th, 2023, the WhatsApp group “TPRM with Yedhu” convened once more, marking the second community meeting. Eleven passionate Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) professionals hailing from Riyadh, Kuwait, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai gathered virtually for an enriching 80-minute discussion.

➡ At the helm of the meeting stood the seasoned TPRM professional, Mr. Dinker Sharma from Riyadh, taking on the role of chairperson. Mr. Sharma not only facilitated the discussions but also delivered insights on the prevailing “Third Party Trends in 2023,” setting the stage for an engaging exchange of ideas.

➡ The session commenced with participants sharing their diverse TPRM experiences and personal journeys towards mastering the intricacies of this domain. They delved into the essence of defining a third party, emphasizing the significance of Inherent Risk Assessments and reflecting on the evolution of their own TPRM perspectives.

🙌 Amidst the dynamic discussions, Mr. Rohan Shah, while sharing his experience in TPRM, along with the participants, also acknowledged the growing stressors in professional environments and explored the crucial need for training and emotional support in coping with the challenges of TPRM.

➡ An enlightening segment unfolded when Ganesan Baskaran, an experienced TPRM professional, took the floor. With expertise in the field, he elucidated on the pressing issues of “Software Supply Chain Attacks” and shed light on the ever-evolving landscape of third-party risks.

➡ As the meeting drew to a close, plans for the future emerged. The group, buoyed by the success of their interactions, decided to reconvene on January 13th, 2024. Seasoned TPRM professional Ankush Singh Rajpoot Rajpoot would chair the upcoming session, which promised an agenda brimming with engaging topics such as SBOM, the Importance of DevSecOps in TPRM, Counterparty risks, and SOC2 Type2 Reviews.

🤝 This community of professionals, spanning the domains of BFSI, FMCG, Retail, Pharma, Project Management, Consulting (BIG4s), and Food Processing, had forged a collective commitment to continuously explore, learn, and adapt to the evolving landscape of TPRM.
